A comprehensive health care plan is effective the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.  MMNA offers a choice of two plans -- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan www.bcbsil.com or the Health Alliance HMO www.healthalliance.org.  Prescription drug www.medco.com, vision, and hearing aid coverage is also included.

Hospitalization is paid at 100% when using a network provider.  Premiums for employee and all eligible dependents is fully company paid.
